The building is also centrally located in the heart of the town where all the commercial activity takes place.
This commercial complex occupies a land area of 30,720 sq. ft. with a market value of RM2.27 millions based on a valuation exercise done by property consultant in May 2003.
Kompleks Perniagaan Sri Gaya, which is 1½ storeys high, focuses on the three-in-one concept of business premises by way of the following provisions:
- A wet market consisting of 60 stalls
- A food court for 26 stalls
- 31 units of lock-up shops of varying sizes
The trade and business premises in this complex are generally conceived to cater for the lower and middle class traders as a measure to assistance to them by providing a proper and decent place to carry out their respective trades, e.g. street hawkers and traders.

Changes on Kompleks Perniagaan Sri Gaya
As on year 2007, Kompleks Perniagaan Sri Gaya has been lease and tenanted out to Pasaraya Hero, the main tenant of the complex. The ground floor is occupied for supermarket while the 1st floor is utilized for management office of supermarket, and the adjacent building by the back portion of the building is a wet market with an accommodation of various stalls amounting to 70 stall operators ranging from vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken, mutton, beef, coconut flake, dry items (e.g.: chillies, onions, potatoes, tomatoes and etc.) and including a private enclosure for pork operator.
